How and when your fragrance reaches you.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours from our atelier in India. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number by email and WhatsApp.
Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Rest of India: 4–7 working days. International: 7–14 working days depending on customs clearance.
Shipping is complimentary on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹99 contribution applies. Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable pin codes in India.
Every order ships in our signature noir box with protective inner moulding, sealed for transit. Gift wrapping and a handwritten note can be requested at checkout.
