Name, email address, phone number and delivery address provided at checkout, along with order history and the preferences you share with us for fragrance recommendations.

To process and deliver your order, provide customer care, and — only with your consent — to send occasional news about new compositions. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

Card and UPI details are never stored on our servers. Payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, which processes the transaction on our behalf.

We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart, wishlist and session working. When advertising measurement is enabled, we also load the Meta Pixel, which places cookies and reports anonymous events such as page views, product views, add-to-cart and completed purchases so we can measure our advertising.

The pixel never receives your name, address, card details or any payment credentials. It is never loaded on the account, sign-in or administration areas. You can block it at any time using your browser's cookie or tracking-protection settings, or an ad blocker — the store keeps working normally either way.

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely by writing to casadescenteur@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
